What Is Certification Completion Rate?

Certification completion rate is the share of the certifications a partner needs for its tier and programs that its team has actually earned, calculated as certifications held ÷ certifications required × 100. A partner needing 10 certifications that holds 8 is at 80% completion.

Why it matters to partners. Certifications gate partner tier, specializations and rebate eligibility - missing ones can drop a tier and the rebate band that comes with it. Tracking completion rate shows whether your team meets program requirements and flags gaps before a renewal review, protecting the rebates that depend on staying qualified.

Completion measures whether you hold the certifications; expiration risk measures whether they will stay valid. Together they give the full compliance picture.
