Every vendor program. One dashboard.

Manage rebates, incentives, MDF (marketing development funds) and payments across your vendor portfolio.

Built by channel veterans since 2014 · Used by Marco, Cellcom, Trace3, Taldor and more · Customers reach 3.5%+ in rebates - more than double what we typically see

The shift

From a dozen portals to one dashboard.

The old way

A dozen portals, endless update emails, one person’s spreadsheet - and rebate dollars quietly left behind.

The Rebates-On way

Every vendor in one dashboard, one common language, the next action made obvious.

How it works

One place for every program, module by module.

Rebates-On overview in 5 minutes

A quick guided tour of how rebates, MDF and certifications come together.

Get rebate dollar payout projections, flag potential risks, and track your progress against every target.

Also in the platform: Vendor view (every program, per vendor), Certifications (who needs what, by when), and Forecasting & audit (accrue rebate income and reconcile expected vs. actually paid).

The difference

It tells you the next move.

Rebates-On doesn’t just report the past - it tells you what to do next. Its simulator projects what one more purchase is worth before you make it, and its alerts reach you while the window is still open, so you cross the threshold instead of just missing it.

“You’re close to a higher rate with this vendor - a little more before quarter-end crosses the line.”

Under the surface

AI, working quietly behind it.

Proof

A documented lift in rebate capture.

3.5%+
of vendor purchasing captured in rebates

Many IT resellers capture only about 1.5% of their total vendor purchasing as rebates; Rebates-On partners maximize sub-program eligibility to reach 3.5% or more, lifting total rebate yields more than twofold within a few quarters. Source: Rebates-On client and market research.

“Rebates-On takes the guesswork out of managing and tracking rebates. It alerts us to make a buy if we are close to qualifying for a rebate - this has helped Marco maximize rebates from vendors’ programs.”

FAQ

Questions partners ask first.

Rebates-On is rebate management software for IT channel partners. It consolidates every vendor’s partner programs - rebates, incentives, MDF, and certifications - into one dashboard, so VARs, Solution Providers, system integrators and distributors can track what they’re owed and capture more of it. It has run since 2014 and is built specifically for the partner’s side of the table.
Programs are pre-built for 20+ vendors, including Cisco, Dell, HPE, HP, Microsoft, Lenovo, IBM, NetApp, Nutanix and NVIDIA. See the full list on the Vendors page; if one you sell isn’t there yet, we add programs continuously.
Vendor programs typically pay between 1% and 15% of eligible sales, and sometimes more. While many IT resellers capture only about 1.5% of their total vendor purchasing in rebates, Rebates-On partners maximize sub-program eligibility to reach 3.5% or more - because the platform moves you from partial capture to near-complete capture and catches what vendors underpay.
That is the core of the service. Vendor rules change almost every quarter - some lists weekly - and Rebates-On maintains the program logic and flags what changed and what it means for your payouts, so your team doesn’t track every update email.
Most partners start with a one-time, paid rebate audit (a fixed fee, agreed up front) comparing what your vendors actually paid against what you earned - it routinely surfaces rebate dollars already left behind.
