Why Rebates-On exists.
Rebates-On was born from a simple observation: technology partners were leaving real money on the table in their vendors' rebate programs - not because they were careless, but because no single person could track fourteen programs, each with its own rules, targets, certifications and deadlines, all changing every quarter.
Our founder, Moshik Azan, saw it firsthand. As a Commercial Channel Manager at HP Israel, and then through the consultancy he founded - Above-IT - he worked alongside Solution Providers, distributors and resellers trying to squeeze the full value out of vendor programs. The pattern was always the same: the rebate dollars were there, but the tools to capture it were a stack of spreadsheets, portals and one overworked person's memory.
So we built the tool we wished existed. After years of research and development, Rebates-On launched as a software platform that consolidates every vendor's program into one secure system - and tells partners not just where they stand, but what to do next to earn more. What began as a premium service for some of the region's largest technology providers is now a platform built to do that for partners everywhere.

Moshik founded Above-IT and leads Rebates-On. Before that he was a Commercial Channel Manager at HP Israel, and he built a respected consulting practice helping Solution Providers, distributors and resellers increase their profit from vendor programs and rebates - the work that became Rebates-On. He has advised leading vendors, distributors and resellers at C-level on building the right channel partnerships and certifications. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Management.
Alex leads the platform's architecture, performance and reliability at scale, as well as the roadmap for new features. He brings 12 years of experience in IT, with hands-on work across the full system development lifecycle. His focus areas are complex system design and business process automation, turning operational challenges into solutions that scale. His background spans the financial and telecommunications sectors, where stability and accuracy are non-negotiable, and he works closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure the systems delivered meet operational requirements and provide measurable value. He holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering.
Celine leads strategic partnerships with our key partners and their technology vendors, driving benefit growth, customer success, and long-term collaboration. She develops partnership strategies, identifies growth opportunities, leverages business intelligence and performance data, and aligns customer objectives with leading technology solutions from global vendors such as Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Check Point, NVIDIA and more. Through cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision-making, she strengthens customer relationships and delivers sustainable business value. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's in Neuroscience.

Michal is a senior product and project management expert. She leverages extensive experience in product management and project oversight to drive complex initiatives from conception to execution. Lia is a Data Analyst at Rebates-On, bringing extensive experience in data analysis, big data and software development. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University. With more than 20 years of experience, she specializes in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, with a strong background in predictive modeling, business intelligence and database-driven solutions.
Ittai is a global commercial executive with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses across North America and Asia, spanning AI, enterprise software, B2B SaaS, strategic partnerships, go-to-market, P&L leadership and business transformation. He is currently Chief Business Officer at SCAILIUM, and previously held senior leadership roles at SQream including Chief Business Officer, Chief Alliance Officer, and General Manager for the Americas and Panoply business unit. Earlier, as CEO of Netformx, he led the company’s turnaround into a profitable global business serving more than 2,000 enterprise customers across 120+ countries. At Rebates-On, Ittai advises on pricing, market positioning, growth strategy and commercialization, drawing on decades of experience in partner ecosystems, channel profitability and enterprise business development.
