What Is PAL (Partner Admin Link)?

PAL (Partner Admin Link) is the Microsoft attribution method that associates a partner's identity with the customer Azure environment it manages. Once PAL is set, the partner's work on that environment is recognized, unlocking Partner Earned Credit on the managed Azure consumption.

It matters because Partner Earned Credit is earned only when attribution is set correctly - missing or broken PAL attribution silently forfeits the credit on consumption the partner is actively managing.
