What Is a Vendor Portal?
A vendor portal is the online system a vendor provides so its partners can view that vendor's programs - rebate balances, targets, tiers, MDF, deal registrations and claims. It shows one vendor's data, in the vendor's format, from the vendor's perspective. A partner selling many vendors logs into many separate portals.
Why it matters to partners. The vendor portal is where the vendor's numbers live, but it answers only "how am I doing in this one program?" - never "how am I doing across all of them, and was I paid correctly?" Relying on portals alone means logging in everywhere, comparing nothing, and trusting each payout on the vendor's terms.

FAQ
No. A vendor portal is one vendor's view of its own program. Rebate management software pulls every vendor together and audits what you were paid.
