What Is Purchase Data (Rebates)?
Purchase data records what a partner bought from vendors and distributors - products, SKUs, quantities, prices and dates. It is the primary input for most rebate calculations, since volume, growth and tier-based programs are measured against purchasing, and it feeds the order simulator and progress against every target.
Why it matters to partners. Almost every purchase-driven rebate depends on this data being complete and correct. If purchases from one distributor are missing, or SKUs are miscoded, targets read low and rebate is understated. Reliable purchase data - ingested from ERP and distributor feeds and normalized - is the bedrock under accurate forecasts, alerts and next best actions.
