Partner Programs & Tiers

What Is a Partner Level?

A partner level is the named rank a partner holds within a vendor's program - for example Registered, Silver, Gold or Platinum. Effectively another word for tier, the partner level defines which rebates, discounts, MDF and support a partner can access, and is reached by meeting the program's revenue and certification requirements.

Why it matters to IT channel partners. Different vendors use different language - level, tier, status - for the same idea: the rank that sets your earnings. Keeping each vendor's partner level straight, and knowing what holds it, lets a partner manage many programs in one common framework rather than relearning each one. Rebates-On normalizes every vendor's levels into a single view.

In most programs, yes - they are interchangeable names for the rank that determines a partner's rebates, pricing and benefits.
