What Is a User Hierarchy (Rebates)?
A user hierarchy structures the users of a rebate system to mirror an organization - by team, region, branch or vendor coverage - so that visibility, reporting and roll-ups follow reporting lines. A manager sees their team's programs; an executive sees the consolidated total; each rep sees their own.
Why it matters to partners. Larger partners aren't flat. Without a hierarchy, either everyone sees everything or visibility is cut by hand. A user hierarchy lets the rebate picture roll up the way the business is actually run, so each level gets the view it needs - rep, branch and company - from the same single source of truth. It works alongside role-based access to control both what a user sees and how it aggregates.
