What Is Lenovo 360?
Lenovo 360 is Lenovo's global channel framework. An April 2026 upgrade collapsed the tier structure from nine tiers to four - Authorized, Gold, Platinum and Platinum 360 - and unified Lenovo's infrastructure (ISG) and device (IDG) motions into a single portfolio-wide progression measured on revenue and competency goals.
It matters because tiers are now blended across the whole portfolio, so partners strong in only one business group can find the combined thresholds harder to reach.
