What Is a Learner ID?
A learner ID is the unique identifier a vendor assigns to an individual in its training and certification system. It links each certification, accreditation and renewal a person earns to that person, and in turn to the partner organization - the thread that lets a program count a partner's certified staff against its tier requirements.
Why it matters to IT channel partners. Learner IDs are how certified people are attributed to the partner. If a person's certifications are not correctly linked - wrong learner ID, an unaffiliated account, a departed employee still counted - a partner can appear compliant when it is not, or fail to get credit for staff it has. Keeping learner IDs accurate is the foundation of a reliable compliance count. Rebates-On ties each credential to the right person.

FAQ
Because tier requirements count certified staff. If credentials are not linked to the right learner ID under the partner, the count can be wrong - and an inaccurate count can put a tier and its rebates at risk.
