What Is Deadline Tracking (Rebates)?

Deadline tracking is the continuous monitoring of every time-sensitive date in a partner's rebate programs - claim filing windows, MDF and co-op expirations, program period ends, certification renewals - across all vendors, so nothing lapses unnoticed. It turns a scatter of dates into one calendar that warns you in time to act.

Why it matters to partners. Most rebate money is lost to the clock: a claim filed a day late, MDF that expired, a certification that lapsed and dropped a tier. When deadlines live in a dozen portals and inboxes, some always slip. Tracking them centrally - with alerts ahead of each window - is one of the simplest, highest-return moves in rebate operations.

Claim filing windows and fund expirations, because they forfeit money you have already earned. Certification renewals matter too, since lapsing one can drop your entire rebate tier.
