What Is a Rebate Calculator?

A rebate calculator works out the rebate a channel partner earns, or could earn, on a given purchase or sales volume against a vendor's program - applying the relevant rate, tier or threshold. In rebate management software it draws on real program rules and the partner's actual data, rather than a generic estimate.

Why it matters to IT channel partners. A calculator turns "what if" into a number. Before placing an order, a partner can see whether it crosses a threshold or lifts a tier, and what that is worth. That makes it a practical tool for forecasting income and testing the highest-value move before committing.
